Develop and lead compliance projects, translating regulatory requirements into actionable plans and initiatives
Oversee progress and monitor compliance metrics, ensuring deadlines, quality, and operational objectives are met
Act as the primary liaison between compliance teams, department heads, and stakeholders to drive alignment and collaboration
Conduct risk assessments and proactively resolve issues to maintain compliance and project timelines
Ensure successful implementation of certifications and internal standards, setting benchmarks for quality and operational excellence
Continuously improve compliance processes, tools, and reporting to enhance effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements

Proven experience in compliance management, project management, or related roles, with a focus on risk mitigation and problem-solving
Strong understanding of compliance program development, policy implementation, and standards such as ISO27001
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Proficiency with modern web tools and project management platforms (e.g., Google Docs, Zapier, Linear)
Professional demeanor, analytical mindset, and proactive approach to delivering results and aligning with organizational values
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
