This is a fully remote opportunity designed for someone comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Candidates must be based in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Create compelling graphic and digital designs and engaging user experiences that reinforce brand standards and encourage colleague and client engagement.

Coordinate communications and brand experience projects from concept through delivery, ensuring solutions are aligned with best practices, project objectives, and deadlines.

Support communications and user experience teams by developing written and visual presentations that effectively communicate stories, concepts, ideas, and solutions.

Provide strategic direction and guidance to team members on communications and user experience approaches that support engagement and business objectives.

Develop clear, concise, compelling, and on-brand written communications designed to encourage the intended audience response or call to action.

Participate in brainstorming sessions, milestone meetings, and status updates to maintain alignment with strategic priorities and business needs.

Support organizational quality initiatives and contribute to broader team projects as required.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned and travel when necessary.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related discipline is preferred.

At least 6 years of communications experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Strong ability to create clear, accurate, constructive, and engaging written materials.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong judgment, conceptual thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Ability to manage work-related pressure, exercise discretion, and adapt to changing priorities.

Ability to provide thoughtful direction and contribute strategically to communications and user experience initiatives.

Ability and willingness to travel as required.
