Own and execute a prioritized product roadmap aligned with strategic objectives, customer needs, business value, and measurable outcomes.

Translate complex customer and business challenges into clear problem statements, product requirements, and success criteria.

Manage cross-functional demand by clarifying intent, evaluating opportunities, making tradeoffs transparent, and prioritizing work based on expected value.

Partner closely with engineering, UX, architecture, data, and business stakeholders to move products from concept through delivery and continuous improvement.

Use customer research, analytics, and raw data to identify insights, challenge assumptions, measure performance, and inform product and roadmap decisions.

Advocate for intuitive, effective user experiences and contribute meaningfully to solution design throughout the product lifecycle.

Identify opportunities to apply AI, including Generative AI and agentic technologies, to solve customer problems and improve digital experiences.

Rapidly experiment with emerging AI capabilities, assess their potential, and help transition successful concepts into scalable and responsible production solutions.

Establish clear success metrics and use retrospectives, data, and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve products and team outcomes.

Take hands-on ownership of execution, proactively addressing ambiguity, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements

3+ years of hands-on product management experience with a strong record of taking products or capabilities from concept through execution.

Experience working with AI technologies and platforms such as Google, Anthropic, Azure, or AWS; experience scaling AI-powered products is a strong advantage.

Strong understanding of Agile product development practices and experience working effectively in iterative, cross-functional environments.

Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving problem spaces while maintaining focus on customer and business outcomes.

Strong data literacy, including the ability to independently analyze and query data to uncover insights and inform product decisions.

Proven skills in product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, product design, product development, and stakeholder management.

Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities, with the ability to frame complex problems and identify practical, high-value solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
