This leadership role will oversee financial integration activities across acquisitions, business transformations, ERP implementations, and strategic operational initiatives. You will serve as a key connector across finance, accounting, FP&A, tax, operations, HR, IT, enterprise applications, and newly integrated businesses. The position combines financial expertise, program leadership, systems integration, and cross-functional stakeholder management. You will build repeatable frameworks that accelerate integration timelines, improve financial visibility, and strengthen controls. Success will depend on your ability to manage complexity, drive decisions, and communicate clearly with senior leadership. Lead end-to-end financial integration planning and execution for acquisitions, business transformations, ERP implementations, and other strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain a repeatable financial integration playbook covering milestones, timelines, risks, owners, governance processes, and success measures.
Coordinate Day 1, Day 30, Day 60, and Day 90 finance activities, including post-close readiness, stabilization, issue resolution, and ongoing integration activities.
Lead ERP and finance systems integration efforts, including master data conversion, reporting structures, project setup, system configuration, and process alignment.
Drive adoption of standardized project finance processes covering revenue recognition, project cost accounting, billing, collections, backlog reporting, forecasting, and month-end close.
Identify process gaps, control risks, financial integration challenges, and operational issues, partnering with stakeholders to develop and execute effective remediation plans.
Provide senior and executive leadership with clear updates on integration progress, key risks, financial impacts, resource requirements, issues, and decisions requiring attention.
Develop repeatable tools, templates, dashboards, and governance routines that improve the speed, consistency, and quality of future financial integrations.
Help ensure integrations are executed with minimal disruption to employees, clients, and ongoing business operations while maintaining accurate and controlled financial processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Project Finance, FP&A, Integration Management, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience leading complex financial integrations, transformation initiatives, ERP programs, or comparable enterprise-wide projects.
Strong understanding of revenue recognition, project accounting, financial reporting, working capital, financial controls, and ERP systems.
Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs, coordinate stakeholders, drive decisions, and deliver against critical timelines.
Strong project management capabilities combined with sound business and financial judgment.
Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain financial impacts, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leaders.
Strong attention to detail and a process-improvement mindset, with the ability to identify gaps and establish scalable solutions.
Ability to operate effectively through ambiguity and organizational change while maintaining accountability and focus.
CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced credential is preferred.
Experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar project-based ERP systems is preferred.
Experience in professional services, global operations, acquisition-heavy environments, or organizations undergoing significant transformation is preferred.
Experience leading change management and supporting adoption of new processes, systems, and operating models is preferred.
