  • Build enablement frameworks and standards that provide global consistency while allowing regional flexibility.
  • Collaborate with regional enablement and field teams on launches, campaigns, sales plays, workshops, simulations, solution playbooks, and technical labs.
  • Ensure enablement supports MSP and MSSP business models, including recurring revenue, operational efficiency, and service differentiation.
  • Establish and monitor metrics such as partner ramp time, certification attainment, pipeline contribution, deal velocity, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Use CRM data, partner performance insights, and field feedback to identify skill gaps and optimize enablement investments.
  • Provide executive-level reporting that demonstrates the impact of enablement on partner performance and revenue growth.
  • Lead the global partner enablement content strategy across onboarding programs, security and solution playbooks, labs, toolkits, and just-in-time resources.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global partner enablement team while operating effectively within a matrixed organization.
  • Use generative AI and prompt-driven workflows to scale curriculum, technical content, playbooks, labs, and self-service resources while maintaining appropriate human review.
  • Establish repeatable processes for sourcing, validating, governing, and publishing accurate technical content from subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
  • Use platform data and partner feedback to continuously improve content quality, production speed, adoption, and partner readiness.
