This role is a hands-on full-stack engineering opportunity focused on building and supporting secure, scalable enterprise applications.

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack features using React, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java/Spring Boot, and Python.

  • Build responsive, reusable React components and intuitive application workflows.

  • Develop and maintain secure, scalable RESTful APIs and backend microservices.

  • Implement integrations between internal applications and external vendor platforms.

  • Develop chatbot interfaces and conversational experiences, including message streams, interaction flows, structured and unstructured response rendering, user input validation, and real-time backend integration.

  • Build cloud-native applications using Azure or AWS and contribute to containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Support CI/CD pipelines and automation using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

  • Partner with architecture and platform teams on security, performance, monitoring, reliability, and scalability.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, requirements refinement, technical discussions, code reviews, and solution design.

  • Maintain high engineering standards through unit testing, integration testing, secure coding practices, and maintainable architecture.

  • Contribute to enterprise AI and conversational experiences, including opportunities to integrate LLM services into applications and workflows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.

  • Strong hands-on experience with React and modern TypeScript/JavaScript development.

  • Strong backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and/or Python.

  • Production experience building chatbot user interfaces and conversational application features.

  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native development principles.

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, as well as Linux-based environments.

  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DocumentDB.

  • Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, development, and integration.

  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure; AWS experience is also valuable.

  • Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, operational, and software development best practices.

  • Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or Event Hubs is a plus.

  • Familiarity with DevOps automation, CI/CD, Jenkins, pipeline orchestration, or MLOps is beneficial.

  • Exposure to LLM integration, conversational AI, or technologies such as Azure OpenAI, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel is preferred.

  • Knowledge of Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, ADLS, Microsoft Fabric, vector databases, or related AI/ML technologies is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and Agile development skills.

  • Ability to work effectively within a large enterprise environment with governance, security, and compliance requirements.

  • Successful candidates will be required to complete a background investigation.

  • Candidates should be authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is generally not available for this position.
