Growth Marketing Manager - Business & Government
Quick Summary
5+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally within EdTech, SaaS, or another complex enterprise environment.
This role is responsible for driving new-logo pipeline growth through integrated, multi-channel demand generation programs targeting Business & Government audiences.
You will translate go-to-market positioning and segment strategy into compelling campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and accelerate revenue opportunities.
The position combines campaign strategy and execution with account-based marketing, field and event activation, attribution, content development, and performance optimization.
You will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Intelligence, Marketing Operations, Customer Growth, and Creative teams in a highly collaborative environment.
A strong focus on data and accountability means you will own pipeline contribution targets, analyze performance, and continuously adjust programs to improve results.
You will also help connect acquisition activities with post-sale customer signals, identifying opportunities for expansion, advocacy, and stronger customer engagement.
AI is central to the role, with an expectation to use emerging tools and build AI-enabled workflows that improve campaign efficiency, personalization, analysis, and decision-making.
- Own and execute the integrated campaign calendar for new-logo acquisition within the Business & Government segment, aligning programs with defined pipeline targets and revenue objectives.
- Translate go-to-market positioning, competitive differentiation, and audience insights into compelling campaign narratives, messaging, and assets tailored to specific customer segments.
- Execute multi-channel demand generation programs across paid media, email, content syndication, webinars, and field-event integrations.

- Support visibility in AI-generated research environments by identifying the prompts, themes, and buyer questions relevant to target audiences and adapting campaign tactics accordingly.
- Partner with marketing channel teams to ensure programs work together effectively and build cumulative return on investment rather than operating independently.
- Coordinate regional field activations, including roadshows, executive dinners, partner events, and third-party conferences, ensuring each initiative is connected to specific pipeline goals and measurable outcomes.
- Contribute to flagship customer events by aligning field activation with broader campaign strategy and ensuring appropriate pre- and post-event engagement.
- Track event and campaign attribution in partnership with Marketing Intelligence, measuring pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, closed-won contribution, cost per opportunity, and overall ROI.
- Own a direct pipeline contribution target, review performance regularly, and proactively course-correct campaigns that are not meeting expectations.
- Use intent data and buying signals to prioritize audiences, personalize outreach, and improve campaign targeting.
- Partner with Marketing Intelligence and Marketing Operations to maintain accurate multi-touch attribution, lead routing, segmentation, and campaign tracking across HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Brief and collaborate with Content and Brand teams on landing pages, nurture emails, one-pagers, digital advertising, event materials, executive guides, and post-event nurture programs.
- Align with Product Marketing on sales enablement and ensure messaging remains consistent across go-to-market teams.
- Identify customer engagement, advocacy, and product-usage signals that may indicate expansion opportunities and share relevant insights with post-sale teams.
- Present campaign results and recommendations during weekly pipeline reviews, bringing clear perspectives and actionable recommendations rather than reporting metrics alone.
- Build and use AI-enabled workflows, models, and automations to improve campaign analysis, audience personalization, forecasting, reconciliation, and performance optimization.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and related teams to ensure campaigns are well supported and their contributions accurately recognized.
