This is a senior product operations and commercial enablement role supporting a sophisticated institutional product portfolio in the financial services and digital assets space. You will help ensure products are operationally ready, commercially well positioned, and effectively supported throughout their lifecycle. Working across Product, Business Development, Sales, Client Services, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations, you will connect commercial needs with product execution. You will also support institutional client conversations by translating complex product capabilities into clear value propositions and practical solutions. The role combines strategic thinking, operational discipline, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication in a fast-paced global environment. It is an opportunity to directly influence product adoption, client experience, and operational excellence.

Lead operational readiness and ongoing support for institutional products, ensuring appropriate processes, controls, documentation, and internal coordination are established and maintained.
Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to support product launches, enhancements, changes, and ongoing lifecycle management.
Work closely with Business Development and Sales teams on institutional client pitches, product positioning, solution discussions, and commercial opportunities.
Translate complex product capabilities into compelling and easy-to-understand client-facing value propositions, pitch materials, FAQs, training resources, and enablement content.
Support institutional sales conversations by explaining product features, workflows, operational considerations, implementation requirements, and relevant controls.
Coordinate across Product, Business Development, Sales, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Client Services to ensure timely execution and effective issue resolution.
Monitor product and operational performance, identify gaps and risks, and drive improvements that enhance client experience and internal efficiency.
Maintain product documentation, operating procedures, training materials, launch checklists, and other resources required for consistent execution.
Gather and synthesize feedback from institutional clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for product and operational improvements.
Track key performance indicators related to product adoption, client onboarding, operational performance, and service quality.
Serve as a bridge between commercial and product teams, ensuring market feedback and client needs are incorporated into product priorities and execution.
Support strategic initiatives and operational projects that improve the scalability, reliability, and effectiveness of the institutional product portfolio.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in product operations, product enablement, institutional business support, solutions engineering, or a related function within financial services, fintech, or digital assets.
Strong understanding of institutional clients and their requirements across areas such as trading, financing, yield, custody, settlement, or related financial products.
Demonstrated experience supporting or participating in institutional client pitches, commercial discussions, solution selling, or strategic account engagements.
Ability to understand complex products and communicate their value propositions clearly to both technical and non-technical internal and external stakeholders.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across Product, Business Development, Sales, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Client Services.
Proven ability to manage product readiness, operational processes, documentation, launch activities, and stakeholder alignment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, combined with excellent attention to detail and execution discipline.
Ability to identify operational gaps, assess business impact, and develop practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with digital assets, institutional workflows, financial products, and operational or control requirements is strongly preferred.
Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to contribute to strategic product and commercial discussions.
Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin is required to coordinate effectively with overseas partners and stakeholders.
Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with distributed global teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a rapidly evolving environment.
