In this role, you will take ownership of high-impact paid media campaigns across major advertising platforms, driving measurable growth and optimizing performance at scale. You’ll work in a fast-paced, fully remote environment where experimentation, data, and innovation are at the core of decision-making. - Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, ensuring strong ROI and performance outcomes
- Manage multi-channel campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Discover, etc.) while identifying growth opportunities through in-depth keyword, audience, and competitor research
- Develop and test ad creatives, messaging, and landing page strategies using AI tools and data insights
- Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and daily performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to drive continuous improvement
- Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Ensure all campaigns comply with platform advertising policies, particularly within sensitive or regulated industries
- Conduct A/B testing and deliver performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and user experience
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Hands-on experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Familiarity with multi-channel advertising strategies, including Search, Display, and video campaigns
- Experience running A/B tests and optimizing creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Understanding of advertising compliance requirements, particularly in regulated or sensitive niches
- Proficiency in using AI tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency and performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented with a continuous learning mindset
