This is a fully remote leadership role focused on driving client success, paid media performance, and team effectiveness across a diverse portfolio of accounts. You will own strategic outcomes for clients while also supporting the performance and development of direct reports. The role combines hands-on expertise across major paid advertising platforms with client leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight. You will manage key accounts directly while providing guidance across additional accounts led by your team. Success in this position requires strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate performance data into clear business recommendations. You will also play an important role in improving team processes, resolving challenges, and maintaining high standards of execution. The environment is collaborative, remote-first, and designed for professionals who enjoy both strategic ownership and hands-on digital marketing work.

  • Apply hands-on, cross-channel expertise across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging paid media channels to shape strategy, execution, testing, optimization, and measurement.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts directly, leading strategy, campaign execution, client relationships, expectations, and delivery against agreed business objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports by setting priorities, balancing workloads, providing constructive feedback, and supporting their professional growth and performance.
  • Own the quality and timely delivery of team work, ensuring campaigns, testing plans, reporting, and client deliverables meet established standards and remain aligned with goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for account and team challenges, proactively identifying issues, determining solutions, and driving resolution.
  • Keep leadership informed on account health, team performance, capacity, and potential risks while providing clear recommendations and next steps.
  • Maintain and improve department processes, reinforcing shared standards and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Support business development activities when needed through account audits, strategic recommendations, and prospect presentations.
