Support technology teams in building consistent, effective agile delivery practices across a fast-paced enterprise environment. You’ll facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove delivery blockers, and help teams strengthen their ways of working. The role combines hands-on delivery coordination with Jira management, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with teams that may be developing or maturing their agile practices, adapting your approach to their needs. AI-assisted tools will also help streamline ceremony preparation, documentation, and reporting. Your work will improve delivery predictability, transparency, and team effectiveness across critical technology initiatives.

Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, keeping ceremonies structured, time-boxed, and focused on meaningful outcomes.
Support team charters and kickoffs, helping new or developing teams establish working agreements and clear delivery expectations.
Document key decisions, commitments, and action items to maintain continuity between sprints.
Help teams apply Scrum principles and practices effectively, particularly those that are still developing their agile maturity.
Identify, track, and escalate impediments quickly to prevent blockers from affecting sprint delivery.
Encourage productive retrospectives and ensure agreed improvement actions are followed through to completion.
Maintain Jira boards, backlogs, sprint configurations, and delivery information to ensure accurate and reliable tracking.
Monitor team delivery metrics such as velocity, sprint completion, and open impediments using Jira dashboards.
Provide stakeholders and leadership with concise, accurate updates based on completed work and current delivery status.
Use AI-assisted productivity tools for ceremony preparation, note-taking, documentation, and status reporting to reduce administrative effort.
Contribute to stronger delivery habits, improved sprint predictability, and greater visibility across technology teams.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an agile delivery support role within a technology environment.
Working knowledge of Scrum principles, ceremonies, and agile delivery practices, with experience facilitating or co-facilitating Scrum events.
Practical experience using Jira for sprint tracking, story management, backlog maintenance, and basic dashboard configuration.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to keep teams focused and follow through on commitments.
Experience supporting teams that are developing their agile practices and the flexibility to adapt coaching and facilitation to different levels of maturity.
Strong ability to identify delivery risks and impediments, communicate them clearly, and coordinate appropriate escalation or resolution.
Experience working with technology teams in software engineering, IT infrastructure, or enterprise environments is preferred.
Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM I, or an equivalent qualification is an advantage.
Familiarity with established agile standards and delivery frameworks is beneficial.
Comfort using AI productivity tools or a strong interest in applying automation to reduce repetitive delivery and administrative tasks.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder communication, retrospective management, delivery tracking, and status-reporting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams.
Willingness to work from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST.
