This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the creative strategy and production of high-performing digital content across multiple social platforms. You will be responsible for shaping compelling video and visual campaigns from concept through execution, using both data-driven insights and creative storytelling to maximize impact. Working in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment, you will collaborate with content creators, editors, and cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that drive measurable growth. This position balances creative innovation with analytical rigor, providing the chance to optimize content for diverse audiences and platform trends. You will play a key role in identifying emerging trends, testing ideas, and iterating based on performance insights, ensuring each campaign is engaging, effective, and on-brand.
- Develop and execute creative strategies for video and visual campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Ads
- Collaborate with content creators, editors, and strategic leads to craft scripts, storyboards, and ad copy that align with campaign goals
- Analyze campaign performance and data from ad platforms to inform and optimize creative iterations
- Conduct consumer, product, and competitor research to enhance content relevance and engagement
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality creative output
- Identify top-performing concepts, trends, and opportunities within social media to enhance campaign impact
Requirements

- Proficiency in social media platforms and advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, YouTube Ads)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for creative optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for storytelling and collaboration across teams
- Demonstrated project management ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and comfortable using creative collaboration tools
- Adaptable to evolving trends, fast-paced environments, and performance-driven campaigns
