The Senior Director, Digital Delivery will lead enterprise-wide digital transformation and establish the capabilities, standards, technologies, and operating practices that shape how complex projects are delivered. Reporting into executive technology leadership, this role will serve as a central leader for digital delivery strategy, connecting business priorities with scalable technology solutions. You will oversee digital capability roadmaps, enterprise platforms, automation, AI, data, and Common Data Environment initiatives while ensuring investments generate measurable business and client value. The role requires close collaboration across business units, technology, operations, sales, and corporate functions to drive alignment and adoption. You will also establish governance, performance frameworks, service models, and change-management practices that enable consistent digital delivery across a complex organization. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a transformational executive who can combine technology expertise, business judgment, operational discipline, and influence.

Lead the enterprise Digital Delivery Hub, defining its strategy, priorities, resources, services, operating model, and performance expectations in alignment with executive technology and business objectives.

Lead enterprise-wide digital delivery transformation by translating strategic priorities and evolving client needs into scalable capabilities that improve project execution and generate measurable business value.

Own and prioritize the enterprise digital capability roadmap and backlog, balancing strategic priorities, business requirements, client expectations, resource capacity, dependencies, risks, and anticipated value.

Partner with business, technology, operations, sales, and functional leaders to identify shared needs, prioritize high-value opportunities, resolve competing priorities, and accelerate adoption.

Oversee the development and continuous improvement of reusable digital delivery capabilities, including standards, specifications, common tools, platform solutions, templates, and Common Data Environment architecture.

Establish an enterprise service model that provides technical guidance, quality enablement, deployment support, specialist resources, capacity planning, and surge support for priority projects and programs.

Create governance and performance-management frameworks covering decision rights, prioritization, KPIs, resource allocation, risk and dependency management, executive reporting, and escalation processes.

Champion the responsible use of AI, automation, data, digital platforms, and emerging technologies to improve productivity, quality, collaboration, decision-making, and client outcomes.

Partner with project and business leaders to identify opportunities where digital capabilities can differentiate strategic pursuits and strengthen delivery of complex infrastructure programs.

Lead change management, communications, training, and enablement initiatives that support successful adoption of enterprise standards, platforms, tools, and digital delivery practices.

Establish meaningful measures of digital performance and value, using data and insights to evaluate adoption, business impact, client outcomes, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Build alignment across organizational boundaries by influencing leaders and teams to adopt enterprise solutions while balancing innovation with governance, security, privacy, compliance, and operational controls.
Requirements

Hold a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Digital Transformation, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

Bring at least 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise digital delivery, digital transformation, technology strategy, product or platform management, engineering technology, operations, consulting, or a related discipline.

Demonstrate success leading an enterprise digital delivery, technology, product, platform, shared-services, or center-of-excellence function across multiple businesses or operating groups.

Have a proven track record leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and translating strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Demonstrate experience developing and prioritizing digital capability, technology, or product roadmaps based on enterprise strategy, operational requirements, client needs, expected value, resource capacity, risk, and dependencies.

Bring experience establishing governance and service-delivery models for complex portfolios, including resource allocation, prioritization, risk management, executive reporting, performance measurement, and issue escalation.

Possess strong knowledge of modern technology, data, automation, AI, enterprise platforms, cybersecurity, and digital operating models, with the ability to apply them to business and project performance.

Demonstrate the ability to translate complex business and operational challenges into practical digital strategies and scalable solutions.

Have proven leadership-through-influence skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve competing priorities, and drive accountability across complex cross-functional organizations.

Demonstrate strong change leadership and a history of driving adoption of new technologies, processes, standards, or operating models.

Possess exceptional executive communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information, develop clear recommendations, and influence business and technology leaders.

A master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Digital Transformation, Construction Technology, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.

Experience supporting a CTO, CIO, enterprise transformation, innovation, digital delivery, or strategy organization is preferred.

Experience within architecture, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or professional services, with an understanding of project delivery workflows and client expectations, is preferred.

Experience scaling enterprise digital delivery capabilities across geographically distributed and multidisciplinary organizations is preferred.

Experience with Common Data Environments, digital engineering standards, platform solutions, automation, data strategies, or enterprise project-delivery technologies is preferred.

Experience managing shared technical resources, including capacity planning, resource prioritization, specialist deployment, and surge support for strategic projects, is preferred.

Experience applying AI and emerging technologies within responsible enterprise governance frameworks is preferred.

Certifications such as PgMP, PMP, Prosci, SAFe, Agile, ITIL, or comparable program, product, technology, or change-management credentials are preferred.
