This is a senior technical leadership role focused on building and evolving a multi-tenant SaaS platform supporting field inspections, quality, and safety workflows.
You will work across the full technology stack, combining .NET, Angular, and Microsoft Azure to deliver scalable cloud-based solutions.
The role spans immediate product development, platform modernization, and emerging AI-driven capabilities.
You will contribute to a major .NET 10 migration while helping advance Angular, Entity Framework Core, and broader application architecture improvements.
Looking ahead, you will help develop MCP servers and tooling that connect business data and domain capabilities with AI agents.
The position offers broad technical ownership, close collaboration with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps, and opportunities to influence architectural direction.
Ideal for an experienced engineer who values automation, testability, quality, mentoring, and continuous evolution in a fast-moving Agile environment.

  • Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and deliver scalable cloud-based solutions across the platform using C#, ASP.NET, .NET, Angular, TypeScript, and Azure technologies.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead technical design, architecture discussions, and implementation planning for complex product capabilities in collaboration with Product, UX, and Engineering teams.
  • Platform Modernization: Drive and contribute to modernization initiatives, including the transition to .NET 10, Entity Framework Core improvements, Angular upgrades, and application architecture evolution while maintaining feature delivery.
  • Engineering Excellence: Champion high-quality engineering practices through code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, performance optimization, maintainable design, and strong development standards.
  • Cloud & AI Integrations: Design integrations with Azure services and emerging AI technologies, including MCP servers and supporting tooling for future AI-agent capabilities.
  • Mentoring & Collaboration: Mentor engineers, encourage technical growth, and work closely with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable, customer-focused solutions within an Agile environment.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues while addressing technical debt and contributing to the long-term scalability, security, reliability, and quality of the platform.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of software development experience, including at least 6 years in senior, lead, or principal engineering positions.
  • .NET Expertise: Strong hands-on expertise in C#, ASP.NET, and modern .NET technologies, combined with experience developing modern web applications.
  • Cloud Engineering: 5+ years of experience designing and building cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure.
  • Frontend Development: Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably Angular, as well as TypeScript and responsive web application development.
  • Architecture & APIs: Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, SQL Server, scalable SaaS architectures, and enterprise-grade software design.
  • DevOps & Quality: Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and engineering practices that prioritize reliability and maintainability.
  • Leadership & Communication: Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and support complex software solutions at scale, communicate effectively, collaborate across teams, mentor engineers, and influence architectural decisions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively with evolving technologies and lead modernization initiatives across cloud platforms, application architecture, and development tooling.
