This is a senior techno-functional role focused on supporting and optimizing Oracle Siebel applications across critical customer-facing business processes. You will combine deep Siebel expertise with strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities to resolve complex application and operational issues. The role spans Order Management, Payments, Fulfillment, Customer Service, and related integration ecosystems. You will work with Fusion applications, JSON payloads, Linux environments, and data integrations to investigate incidents and deliver timely resolutions. You will also play an important role in customer data privacy operations, including CCPA-related requests and compliance activities. Joining a growing enterprise applications team, you will contribute to reliable operations, strong service delivery, and continuous improvement across a global technology environment.

Provide L1.5 to L2 operational and functional support for Oracle Siebel applications across Order Management, Payments, and related business domains.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and operational incidents within established service-level agreements.
Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled Siebel jobs and batch processes, ensuring successful and efficient execution across different frequencies.
Investigate and resolve SIQ, PET, and Web Order incidents affecting customer orders, account information, product availability, and related customer-facing processes.
Analyze JSON payloads and data integrations to identify the root causes of incidents and determine appropriate resolutions.
Apply knowledge of business processes across Order Management, Payments, Fulfillment, and Customer Service when diagnosing application issues.
Support Siebel operational processes and help maintain stable, reliable application performance.
Manage CCPA fulfillment requests end-to-end, including Do Not Call, Do Not Market, and other customer privacy-related actions.
Ensure privacy requests are processed accurately and within required SLA and legal timeframes.
Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders to investigate issues, communicate findings, and implement effective solutions.
Contribute to operational improvements and maintain a high standard of service across enterprise applications.

10+ years of relevant professional experience in Siebel, application support, techno-functional consulting, or a closely related field.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Strong understanding of Oracle Siebel architecture, core functionality, business processes, and operational support.
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex Siebel application and operational issues in production environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate incidents methodically and identify root causes.
Experience supporting customer data management and privacy-related processes is highly desirable, particularly CCPA fulfillment.
Practical experience with Fusion applications, JSON payloads, and data integrations.
Ability to analyze integration payloads and use business process knowledge to troubleshoot SIQ, PET, and Web Order incidents.
Experience working with Linux operating systems and performing related operational support activities.
Strong understanding of incident management, SLAs, production support, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Ability to work across multiple business domains and quickly understand complex processes and application dependencies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize competing incidents and requests while maintaining accuracy and meeting strict deadlines.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced enterprise application support environment.
