The role combines project and resource management with client communication, workflow optimization, and hands-on ownership of delivery outcomes.

Success in this role means predictable delivery, strong cross-functional collaboration, satisfied clients, and efficient processes that scale.
The position suits an organized, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced digital agency environment and takes genuine ownership of both projects and relationships.

  • Lead and coordinate designers, developers, copywriters, SEO specialists, and other cross-functional resources involved in website projects.

  • Maintain accurate records of project decisions, requirements, client feedback, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate with SEO and other internal teams to align priorities and ensure smooth handoffs between design, development, content, and optimization functions.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for assigned website clients throughout onboarding, discovery, project execution, updates, and issue resolution.

  • Communicate project status, timelines, dependencies, risks, and potential delays proactively and professionally.

  • Build strong client relationships through clear, empathetic, consistent communication and effective expectation management.

  • Translate website development and SEO concepts into language that clients can easily understand.

  • Use ClickUp workflows, automations, custom fields, task dependencies, and views to improve project visibility and operational efficiency.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline project delivery, strengthen collaboration, and standardize repeatable processes.

  • Develop and maintain organized workflows, documentation, and project management best practices.
