Lead end-to-end software project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are consistently met
Coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to align project goals and execution strategies
Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations
Create and maintain project documentation, including specifications, timelines, and progress reports
Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure reliable and high-performing deliverables
Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage risks, and optimize workflows

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with project management certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent) considered a strong advantage
At least 4 years of experience managing software development projects
Solid understanding of software specifications, UI/UX principles, and wireframing basics
Experience with QA processes and ensuring delivery quality
Proficiency with project management tools, scheduling systems, and bug tracking platforms
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or data-driven projects is a plus
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-discipline and reliability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
