This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on delivering technical products that meet customer needs and strategic business objectives. You’ll develop a deep understanding of complex ERP environments and the customer journeys that depend on seamless integrations. Acting as a bridge between engineering, customers, product teams, and business stakeholders, you’ll turn complex requirements into clear, actionable product plans. You’ll shape roadmaps, releases, epics, and user stories while helping teams deliver reliable integration solutions. The role combines technical product management, customer collaboration, risk management, and data-driven optimization. It’s an opportunity to influence products that simplify business processes within the healthcare technology ecosystem.

As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll guide product initiatives from opportunity assessment through delivery, translating customer and business needs into actionable requirements while coordinating closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Assess ERP opportunities and customer needs to develop compelling business cases and product roadmaps.
  • Translate customer feedback and business requirements related to ERP and B2B integrations into clear product requirements, releases, epics, and user stories.
  • Develop user personas and scenarios that illustrate real-world B2B challenges and clarify the value and rationale behind product requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to establish scope, understand levels of effort, and align on release timing.
  • Explore integration options across ERP and MMIS platforms and collaborate with internal and external ERP partners to identify solutions that deliver strong customer experiences.
  • Work closely with engineering throughout development to support timely, high-quality integration delivery through regular checkpoints with customers and business stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery challenges, communicating them clearly and developing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor ERP platform developments, industry trends, integration practices, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
  • Provide business and customer success teams with product expertise, technical guidance, and support.
  • Establish and track KPIs related to integration effectiveness, user adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall product performance.
  • Use performance data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous product and experience improvement.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with other Technical Product Managers responsible for ERP integrations to support knowledge sharing, roadmap alignment, and engineering prioritization.
  • Lead meetings, establish agendas, facilitate decisions, and negotiate priorities across diverse stakeholder groups.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines strong technical product management capabilities with hands-on experience in ERP or B2B integrations, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to operate independently in a complex, cross-functional environment.

  • 5+ years of professional experience working with technical products, preferably in B2B integration environments.
  • Direct experience with ERP integrations is required.
  • Experience working with ERP or MMIS platforms in a product management or technical role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Strong technical product management skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience translating technical solutions and complex business requirements for both internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to develop product requirements and break complex initiatives into releases, epics, user stories, and actionable engineering tasks.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, with the ability to evaluate different technical approaches and their customer implications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently with strong initiative.
  • Proven ability to assess risks, prioritize competing needs, and develop practical mitigation strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to navigate conflicting viewpoints and balance diverse interests.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading meetings, driving decisions, and maintaining alignment across technical and business teams.
  • Relevant product management and Agile development certifications are preferred.
