Trust and Safety Analyst

This is an opportunity to help protect online ecosystems by investigating and responding to a broad range of digital abuse.
You will analyze reports involving phishing, malware, fraud, impersonation, spam, botnets, and other forms of online abuse.
The role combines investigative research, analytical judgment, policy enforcement, and detailed case management.
You will work with evidence from domains, websites, accounts, and other technical signals to identify abusive activity and emerging threats.
The position operates within a globally distributed Trust and Safety environment, collaborating across international teams and time zones.
You will also contribute to improving detection methods, workflows, policies, and enforcement processes as the operation scales.
This remote role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on online safety while developing expertise in internet infrastructure and abuse prevention.

• 2+ years of professional experience in Trust and Safety, abuse operations, fraud prevention, risk operations, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Previous experience investigating online abuse and making decisions based on policies, evidence, and risk-based judgment.
• Ability to handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content professionally, objectively, and confidentially.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly document investigations and explain decisions.
• Experience working with translation tools to review multilingual content and collaborate effectively with international teams.
• Familiarity with online abuse investigation, digital risk, or cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience in a domain registrar, web-hosting provider, cloud platform, CDN, or other internet infrastructure environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of domains, DNS, WHOIS or RDAP, hosting services, IP addresses, email headers, and common abuse-reporting or takedown procedures is desirable.
• Familiarity with ICANN requirements, threat-intelligence tools, open-source intelligence (OSINT) techniques, or automated abuse-detection systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams across different regions and time zones.
• Willingness to work remotely from India and provide occasional schedule flexibility for urgent incidents or global coverage.
• Must have the legal right to work in India without requiring employment sponsorship.
