As a Web Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects spanning websites, content, campaigns, and marketing technology. You will translate client objectives into clear plans, specifications, timelines, and delivery priorities. Working closely with designers, developers, strategists, content specialists, and external partners, you will ensure projects remain aligned, controlled, and high quality. You will also manage client relationships, communicate progress, and build the trust needed for successful long-term engagements. The role combines structured project management with client-facing leadership and practical technical fluency across web and CMS environments. You will work in a modern delivery environment that embraces AI-enabled tools while relying on strong judgment and ownership.

Own end-to-end delivery of digital projects across websites, content, campaigns, and martech initiatives.
Translate client objectives and requirements into clear project plans, deliverables, specifications, and actionable briefs.
Coordinate designers, developers, strategists, content specialists, technical teams, and external partners throughout delivery.
Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, scope, budgets where applicable, and delivery priorities.
Lead client communications, including expectation-setting, progress updates, delivery discussions, and decision-making.
Maintain delivery quality through structured review cycles, QA practices, and launch-readiness checks.
Manage web projects such as CMS builds, migrations, and rebuilds using platforms such as WordPress and Sitefinity.
Coordinate martech-supported initiatives involving CRM, analytics, automation platforms, and technical specialists.
Oversee content production workflows involving design, copywriting, SEO, and other contributors.
Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, delivery systems, documentation, and standards.
Use AI tools to support requirements analysis, scope development, documentation, QA, reporting, and early risk identification while applying independent judgment.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in digital or web project management, ideally within an agency, consultancy, or client-services environment.
Proven experience managing full-lifecycle web projects from scoping and planning through delivery and launch.
Working knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress, Sitefinity, or similar systems.
Understanding of fundamental web, martech, and QA concepts, with the ability to confidently scope and sanity-check digital work without requiring a deep engineering background.
Strong ability to translate client needs into clear website specifications, project plans, and actionable requirements.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across design, content, strategy, development, and technology.
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on delivery quality and scope control.
Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance rigor with pragmatism.
Self-driven, curious, and comfortable experimenting with new tools and more effective ways of working.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira, as well as Slack and Google Workspace.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, and delivery workflows.
