Primary Location: United States (US) - North Dakota - Valley City Function: Factory Engineering (CA) Title: Maintenance Engineer - 121455 Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position ## Your Responsibilities As a Maintenance Engineer for JD Seeding Valley City located in Valley City, ND, you will: * Managing Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvements. * Providing technical support to skilled trades. * Identifying and implementing improvement projects aimed at enhancing equipment availability. * Planning, coordinating, and executing small scope projects. VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position ## What Skills You Need * 2 or more years’ experience with programing, maintaining or operating automated/semi-automated equipment. * 2 or more years’ experience with, or supporting, shop floor manufacturing and/or maintenance operations. * 2 or more years’ experience communicating across functions (such as: supply management, engineering, operations, and human resources). * Experience with LOTO & Red tag processes. * Ability and flexibility to work variable shifts based on production needs. ## What Makes You Stand Out * Experience maintaining the following equipment ALM, Fanuc and/or Bystronic. * Experience with Fanuc and ALM control systems. * Experience with Allen Bradly and/or Siemens PLC programming and troubleshooting. * Experience with John Deere Specific manufacturing software JDAAT, Ignition, PowerBi. * SAP PM module experience including setting up spare parts & execution of min/max limits to auto order parts used during PMs. ## Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: * Bachelor's degree in an Engineering/Technology or equivalent work experience What You'll Get At John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
