## Your Responsibilities
As a Sales Specialist, Customer Relationship Managment (CRM) & Pipeline for John Deere Construction & Forestry, located in Moline, IL, you will drive sales growth by managing opportunities, strengthening CRM adoption, and advancing prospects through the sales funnel. In addition you will...
* Identify, qualify, and advance sales opportunities in partnership with Strategic Account Managers, dealers, and customer
* Lead CRM utilization efforts, ensuring accurate, high‑quality data and consistent process executio
* Build, maintain, and analyze a healthy sales pipeline to support forecasting and growth objective
* Drive disciplined sales processes to move prospects through the funnel and support timely decision‑makin
* Work closely with internal teams, dealers, and strategic accounts to align on opportunities and deliver a seamless customer experience

## What Skills You Need
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities with disciplined follow through
* Ability to travel up to 25% based on business needs
## What Makes You Stand Out
* Experience with microsoft dynamics, salesforce or similar CRM platforms
* Knowledge of John Deere systems, tools, sales processes and sales resources
* Experience working with John Deere dealers and/or customers within the Construction or Agriculture industries
## Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Engineering or equivalent related work experience
