A leading travel management company that serves some of the biggest names in sports, entertainment, and corporate events is looking for a Sales Specialist to support its U.S.-based sales team. The company handles housing, freight, air, and ground transportation, and it wins clients with great vendor relationships and strong pricing. In this role you'll keep the CRM clean, research new prospects, and book the meetings that turn into big wins. You'll work with U.S. Sales Representatives every day, so near-native spoken English is a must.

Responsibilities

  • →CRM management: Keep Salesforce data and activity tracking accurate and current, so the sales team always has a clear view of the pipeline.
  • →Prospect research: Research target companies, find the right decision-makers, and build targeted prospect lists.
  • →Outbound outreach: Send tailored outbound emails and make prospecting calls as needed to open conversations with qualified leads.
  • →Meeting scheduling and prep: Book meetings with qualified prospects for Sales Representatives and prepare the research they need before each call.
  • →Follow-up and tracking: Track responses, manage follow-up sequences after meetings, and make sure no lead slips through the cracks.
  • →Outreach strategy: Work closely with Sales Representatives to test and improve messaging, targeting, and outreach approaches.
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales support, SDR, or lead generation roles.
  • Strong, near-native English, written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM such as HubSpot or Zoho.
  • Strong research and organization skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • High motivation, attention to detail, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.

Nice to Have

  • Background in travel, events, sports, or entertainment.
