We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations in a high‑volume coffee retail shop. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a hands‑on leader, and someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in leading, training, and coaching the team Ensure excellent guest service and consistent product quality Assist with inventory, ordering, cash handling, and store standards Help manage schedules, labor, and shift coverage Maintain compliance with food safety and operational procedures Step in to lead the store during manager absences Requirements 1–2 years of retail or food service supervisory experience Strong leadership and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced setting Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer tools Flexible availability (early mornings, weekends, holidays) Benefits Hourly Salary: $13.20
