Responsibilities: Lead, train, and develop baristas and shift leaders Ensure exceptional guest service and product quality Oversee inventory, ordering, cash handling, and store standards Manage schedules, labor, and daily operations Drive sales, control costs, and meet performance goals Maintain compliance with food safety and operational procedures Requirements 2+ years of retail or food service management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer tools Flexible availability (early mornings, weekends, holidays) Benefits Annual Salary : $31,616.00
