Warehouse Manager

Full-Time | Monday–Saturday | $16–$21 per hour | Driver's License Required

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team. This hands-on role blends direct production labor with key managerial responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can fill in wherever needed, support their team, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Schedule & Shifts

Core hours are 1–8 PM, Monday–Friday, and 10 AM–6 PM on Saturdays. Specific shift assignments include:

• Ice Tray Rotations – 1–3 PM, Mon–Fri | 10 AM–12 PM, Sat
• Frozen Production – 3–7:30 PM, Mon–Fri | 12–5 PM, Sat
• Apple Chopping – 3–6 PM, Wed | 10 AM–12 PM, Sat (schedule may vary)
• Juice Delivery – 5:50–8 PM, Mon–Thu
• Rodeo – 6–7 PM, Wed | 5–6 PM, Sat
• Citrus – 9–11 AM, Sat (possible Wed 12–3 PM, may vary)
  

Labor Responsibilities

The role requires active, hands-on participation in daily production tasks, including:

• Ice tray rotation and management
• Frozen production operations
• Apple chopping and preparation
• Juice delivery runs
• Rodeo shift coverage
• Citrus processing

Managerial Responsibilities

In addition to production duties, this position carries key supervisory and organizational responsibilities:

• Schedule deconfliction (primary focus)
• Schedule development and maintenance
• Company culture and values upkeep
• Ongoing communications with the Operations department
• Training and onboarding of new team members
• Personnel management, including: Hiring needs and replacements, Terminations, raises, and promotions

What We’re Looking For

• Available to resolve scheduling issues as they arise
• Able to handle team communications during early morning hours
• Willing to fill coverage gaps — come in early or stay late when needed
• Valid driver’s license required
