Tom Foolery’s- Common Area Attendant

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Common Area Attendant for Tom Foolery's. In this role, you will be responsible for the cleaning of the common areas of the indoor adventure park such as lobby areas, games, and restrooms to ensure the spaces are well maintained and clean for guests.

As part of our team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Pay Rate: $15/hr

Key Responsibilities  

• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Vacuum, sweep and clean assigned spaces meeting hotel standards.
• Visually inspect and clean assigned areas within the resort.
• Cleaning duties include but are not limited to dusting, vacuuming, moping, sweeping, and picking up floor debris.
• Assure that proper cleaning equipment and chemicals are used as designed.

What We’re Looking For  

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required. 
• Experience in a hotel or related field, preferred.  
• Must be at least 18 years of age. 
• Must be able to work in a loud, environment with flashing lights. 
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work flexible and sometimes long hours, including weekends and holidays.
