Apply, successfully complete lifeguard class, and get hired as a LIFEGUARD between 10/6/2026-11/10/2026 to qualify. Payment schedule:
$500 - first check (after successful completion of the lifeguard class. Must be in good standing with the company to receive bonus)
$200 - after 60 days (Must be in good standing with the company to receive bonus)
$300 - after 90 days (Must be in good standing with the company to receive bonus)
You are required to work minimum of 4 shifts/week (Sat & Sun are mandatory work days) to receive bonus.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Lifeguard. In this role, you will be standing guard and saving lives as you enforce waterpark rules to maintain a safe and fun environment.
As part of our team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll ensure that all guests feel welcome and safe and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service always.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assisting with opening and closing procedures of water park rides and park cleanliness.
- →Communicating with guests about attraction requirements and safety concerns.
- →Conducting water rescues and administering first aid or CPR as necessary.
- →Staying alert and regularly inspecting pools and slides for any hazards or safety risks.
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Not a certified Lifeguard? Not a problem! Candidates complete a 3-day certification course (Saturday – Monday) held at Kalahari Resorts facility.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment that is constantly changing based on room occupancy, group, and local business
