We are a profitable, owner-led U.S. company based in Colorado that operates a portfolio of automotive service businesses alongside a newly launched B2B software platform built for independent auto repair shops. The software was developed and proven inside our own shop over the past year, and we are now bringing it to market to other shop owners across the country.

We are lean, data-driven, and early adopters of AI and automation in how we run and grow. This role sits at the center of our next phase of growth.

About the Role

~1 min read

This is our first dedicated sales hire, created to take our software to market. You will be the person who opens doors with independent repair-shop owners, builds and runs the outbound engine, and turns early interest into a repeatable pipeline. You will also drive fleet-account outreach for our service and detailing businesses, where there is clear, untapped local and regional demand.

You will work directly with the founder, who is hands-on, technical, and closely involved in go-to-market. This is a ground-floor opportunity: you will help shape the sales motion itself, including messaging, targeting, sequences, and process, rather than inherit a script. The right person sees that as the appeal.

Responsibilities

Outbound prospecting and pipeline

  • →Build and execute targeted outbound campaigns across cold email, LinkedIn, and phone to independent auto repair shop owners
  • →Research, identify, and qualify prospects that fit our ideal customer profile
  • →Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation and keep a clean, current CRM

Sales execution and product demos

  • →Book qualified meetings and move prospects through the early funnel
  • →Conduct product demos, with training provided, and partner with the founder on demos and handoffs as the motion is defined
  • →Follow up persistently and professionally to convert interest into trials and subscriptions

Fleet-account outreach

  • →Prospect and open fleet-maintenance and detailing accounts for our service businesses
  • →Build relationships with local and regional fleet operators and decision-makers

Go-to-market collaboration

  • →Work closely with the founder and marketing lead to sharpen ideal customer profile, positioning, and offers
  • →Test and improve outbound sequences, scripts, and talk tracks based on what converts
  • →Feed market and prospect insights back into product and marketing

Tracking and reporting

  • →Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate activity records
  • →Track and report on KPIs: activity, meetings booked, demos, conversion, and pipeline
  • →Share results and learnings on a regular cadence

Requirements

~1 min read
  • 2+ years in B2B outbound sales (BDR, SDR, or similar), ideally selling to U.S. small and mid-sized businesses
  • Proven cold outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone, with results you can quantify (meetings booked, pipeline created)
  • Advanced spoken and written English, and a confident, credible presence on calls with U.S. business owners
  • Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
  • Reliable availability for at least 6 hours of daily overlap with U.S. Mountain Time
  • Self-directed, and comfortable operating as an early or first sales hire without daily direction
  • B2B SaaS or technology sales experience, especially selling to SMBs or within a specific vertical
  • Experience running product demos or working a full sales cycle
  • Exposure to automotive, fleet, trades, home services, or other hands-on SMB buyers
  • Professional-services background working with U.S. clients
  • Experience building outbound sequences, playbooks, or processes from scratch

You are money-motivated and competitive, and you want a role where your earnings track your results. You are resilient, and comfortable with high-volume outreach and the occasional no. You are highly organized and proactive, and you bring ideas rather than wait for instructions. You are coachable and self-aware, and you improve quickly from feedback. You are genuinely good at talking with practical, no-nonsense business owners, and you are energized by getting in on the ground floor of something you can help build.
