Kalman & Company Inc. is seeking a full-time RIP / RAV Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute Readiness Improvement Program (RIP) and/or Readiness Assist Visit (RAV) missions. This role serves as the primary point of contact for mission coordination with fleet units and internal teams, ensuring all mission-related activities are aligned with program objectives and executed in accordance with established procedures. Travel may be required both within and outside the continental United States.
- Plan and coordinate RIP and/or RAV missions in alignment with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) targets.
- Conduct in-briefs and out-briefs with shipboard and unit personnel.
- Serve as the liaison between the fleet and internal teams to ensure mission requirements are met.
- Track mission progress and report status to the Node Manager and Program Management.
- Maintain professional rapport with ship and unit representatives.
- Respond to inquiries and provide updates on mission status, logistics, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and support ensemble and mask sizing operations using JSMLT or equivalent tools.
- Submit accurate data and reports from Fit Test & Sizing (FT&S) events.
- Oversee the de-issue, segregation, and storage of returned equipment.
- Identify and report unserviceable or hazardous materials for DRMO/DARD processing.
- Disassemble and reassemble CBR masks for inspection and retesting.
- Operate and maintain JSMLT systems; perform mask tester validation and quantitative fit tests.
- Conduct and oversee cycle counts and inventory audits; ensure inventory accuracy in WMS (e.g., CMPro).
- Resolve discrepancies and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure complete, accurate, and legible data entry into inventory and mission tracking systems.
- Generate matrix-driven reports for FCSF and regional node requirements.
- Use handheld devices and dashboards to audit and manage digital inventory data.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, mid-riders, and rental trucks as needed.
- Transport equipment and materials to designated locations.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a secure and organized work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, SOPs, and quality standards.
Requirements

- Familiarity with CBR equipment, JSMLT systems, and warehouse operations.
- Background in inventory management and quality assurance.
- Certification or experience operating forklifts or other MHE.
