As a Maintenance Technician, you will do much more than fix broken items. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained community that residents are proud to call home.

What You’ll Do

Provide exceptional service to residents and help create a positive living experience
Work alongside a collaborative Maintenance Team to maintain apartment homes and community grounds
Complete apartment turns to prepare homes for new residents, Including painting units.
Assist with landscaping, curb appeal, and overall property appearance
Respond professionally and courteously to maintenance requests
Contribute to a team culture focused on reliability, quality work, and support

Schedule

This is a full-time position with schedules available:

Monday through Friday
Tuesday through Saturday
Shifts are typically:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Maintenance team members participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergencies and assist with snow removal during winter weather.
