KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented Paid Ads Manager to support the execution of paid social advertising campaigns. This role is responsible for organizing client-provided creative assets, building Meta advertising campaigns, and ensuring campaign setups are accurate, organized, and aligned with approved strategies prior to QA review and launch. The ideal candidate has experience with Meta Ads Manager, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min readBuild and configure Meta advertising campaigns based on approved strategies and media plans.
Set up campaign structures, audiences, placements, budgets, and tracking parameters.
Ensure campaign setups are accurate and aligned with client requirements before QA review.
Implement revisions and updates based on QA feedback.
Organize and manage client-provided creative assets, including ad copy, images, videos, and campaign briefs.
Maintain organized documentation, asset libraries, and campaign naming conventions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign requirements are complete and accurate.
Track campaign readiness and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
Conduct initial campaign checks to identify setup issues or missing requirements.
Collaborate with QA reviewers to address revisions and improve campaign accuracy.
Support process adherence and documentation standards across campaign builds.
Stay updated on Meta Ads Manager features, updates, and platform changes.
Maintain awareness of paid social advertising best practices and campaign setup standards.
Support internal process improvements related to campaign creation and management.
Requirements
~1 min readAt least 1–2 years of experience using Meta Ads Manager or other digital advertising platforms.
Experience building and configuring paid social advertising campaigns.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
High attention to detail and ability to follow established processes accurately.
Basic understanding of paid social campaign structures, audiences, placements, and performance metrics.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience in an agency, digital marketing, or performance marketing environment.
Familiarity with Google Sheets and project management tools.
Experience working with asset management workflows and campaign documentation.
Knowledge of Meta Pixel, tracking tools, and conversion tracking setup.
Understanding of creative best practices for paid advertising.
