KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented Product Information Management (PIM) Specialist to maintain and validate product information across multiple systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. This role supports product onboarding, data validation, and catalog management while working closely with internal stakeholders and client-designated coordinators. The ideal candidate has experience with Salesforce, working knowledge of NetSuite, and strong attention to detail, while knowledge of IT hardware and software products is an advantage.

Perform Product Information Management (PIM) functions, including product validation, maintenance, and data entry.

Validate product information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across internal systems.

Update and maintain product records in Salesforce, NetSuite, and other business applications.

Review product information to ensure compliance with company standards.

Communicate professionally with internal teams and vendors to obtain missing or incomplete product information.

Identify and resolve data discrepancies while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Support product onboarding and catalog management initiatives.

Maintain documentation and follow established workflows and quality guidelines.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the client-designated coordinator or manager.
Requirements
~1 min read1–2 years of experience in product information management, data entry, catalog management, or a related operational role.
Hands-on experience using Salesforce and NetSuite.
Knowledge or familiarity with IT hardware and software products is an advantage.
Strong data entry and product validation skills with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to professionally request, verify, and follow up on missing or incomplete product information from internal teams and vendors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and OneDrive.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Comfortable learning and adapting to new systems, tools, and processes.
Willingness to work a later shift to support business operations.
