Role Purpose :

The Senior HR Coordinator is an experienced HR operations professional who manages complex employee lifecycle activities end-to-end, acts as a quality control point for the wider HR Ops team, and provides enhanced support on payroll, benefits, and employee relations cases. The role bridges frontline execution and team leadership, mentoring junior coordinators and contributing to process improvement and global HR projects.

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for assigned countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a high-quality employee experience.
  • Oversee complex employee data changes across HR systems and conduct quality checks on work completed by junior coordinators.
  • Manage escalated lifecycle cases requiring deeper process or policy knowledge.
  • Run complex HRIS reports and conduct regular data audits to maintain compliance and accuracy.
  • Prepare and interpret HR data reports, identifying trends or risks and communicating findings to HR Managers and HRBPs.
  • Validate payroll-impacting data changes and support the resolution of discrepancies in partnership with Payroll.
  • Act as a Tier 2 escalation point for complex employee queries requiring in-depth process and policy knowledge.
  • Manage tickets with increased autonomy, progressing cases through to resolution without requiring routine supervision.
  • Support Employee Relations cases: gather documentation, prepare case files, schedule meetings, take notes, and maintain accurate case tracking.
  • Lead low-to-medium complexity ER case meetings (e.g., fact-finding, formal meetings) in partnership with the HR Manager, ensuring thorough documentation throughout.
  • Draft and review employment documents — contract changes, variation letters, standard and non-standard templates — to a high standard of accuracy and policy alignment.
  • Ensure adherence to local labour laws, audit standards, and internal governance requirements for assigned countries.
  • Maintain and update SOPs, knowledge-base articles, and HR policy documentation.
