As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will lead end-to-end project delivery within the client?s project steering unit, working closely with the client?s Security & Privacy Operational Taskforce (SPOT) and under the supervision of the client?s Information Security Advisor.
Our client is the IT operator for a major public federation, responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and evolving information systems and technological infrastructures for administrations and institutions. A central actor in public-sector digital transformation, the client operates across:
- IT infrastructure management (networks, security, data centers, cloud)
- Custom business application development
- Digital project support (functional analysis, UX/UI, project management)
- Cybersecurity and data protection
- User support and training
In a constant drive for innovation, performance, and public service, the client regularly collaborates with external partners to reinforce teams through IT consulting missions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will contribute within this ethical, professional framework focused on quality and tangible impact.
Within the client?s project steering unit, closely aligned with SPOT and under the Information Security Advisor?s supervision, the NIS2 Project Manager leads end-to-end a portfolio of 3 transversal cybersecurity-oriented projects:
- Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCP/DRP ? RTO/RPO)
- Cross-cutting Traceability (SIEM/SOC)
- Supply Chain & Subcontractor Management (MAP)
All responsibilities below will be executed as a Keystone Solutions consultant embedded with the client?s teams.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →1) Scoping & planning: define scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, detailed schedule, workload plan, and communication plan for each project.
- →2) Budgetary & financial control: establish and monitor budgets, negotiate envelopes with sponsors, produce variance analyses (committed vs. planned costs), and ensure ROI control.
- →3) Risk & dependency management: maintain a structured RAID log, manage inter-project dependencies, anticipate critical paths, and trigger mitigation plans.
- →4) Operational steering & reporting: lead steering committees (COPIL), workshops, operational committees (COPOR), and executive committees (CODIR); consolidate executive reporting and formalize cost?time?quality trade-offs.
- →5) Cybersecurity workstream coordination: in collaboration with SPOT, steer the security baseline initiatives (SIEM/SOC traceability, continuity RTO/RPO/DRP/BCP) and ensure their integration into the master plan.
Mobilize appropriate approaches (waterfall, Agile, hybrid) and PMI/PMBOK and PRINCE2 standards; produce and maintain structuring documents (project charter, PMP, WBS, RAID log, decision register); implement rituals (stand-ups, milestone reviews, retrospectives). All project governance and delivery will be performed under Keystone Solutions? consultancy model, in close collaboration with the client.
Act as a facilitator and influencer with development, infrastructure, network, business, and security teams; translate technical (and security) requirements into actionable plans; negotiate trade-offs and timelines by leveraging ?digital debt? and ?cost of non-quality?; translate technical stakes into business risks (unavailability, schedule slippage, non-compliance, reputation) to secure alignment and prioritization. These stakeholder activities will be executed on-site and remotely as a Keystone Solutions consultant working hand-in-hand with the client.

Join Keystone Solutions as a consultant to lead a NIS2-focused cybersecurity program for our client in the Belgian francophone public sector. As a Keystone Solutions consultant embedded within the client’s project steering unit and working closely with the client’s Security & Privacy Operational Taskforce (SPOT) under the guidance of the Information Security Advisor, you will manage, end to end, a portfolio of three transversal cybersecurity projects: Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCP/DRP – RTO/RPO); Cross-cutting Traceability (SIEM/SOC); and Supply Chain & Subcontractor Management (MAP).

- Expertise with PMI/PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum; hands-on with RAID logs, WBS, project charters, PMP, and decision registers.
- Fluency in operational governance and reporting to COPIL, COPOR, CODIR, with the ability to balance cost–time–quality.
- Tooling and frameworks: MS Project (or equivalent), ITIL practices for service continuity, BI/reporting for executive dashboards.
- Influencing and facilitation skills across development, infrastructure, network, business, and security stakeholders.
- You will be employed by Keystone Solutions and deliver this mission at the client’s site (hybrid/on-site as required), collaborating daily with the client’s teams while leveraging Keystone’s community and support.
- All responsibilities listed above are performed as a Keystone Solutions consultant, in close partnership with the client’s stakeholders and governance bodies.
