Infrastructure Engineer Consultant

• →Maintain operational condition of services within the assigned perimeter, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• →Conduct studies, contribute to transformation projects, and deploy technical solutions.
• →Engage in continuous improvement processes.
• →Act as the technical referent for suppliers, managing technical aspects.
• →Define standards, engineering rules, configuration management processes, and tools.
• →Build deployment infrastructures and automate recurring operational tasks.
• →Optimize server environments and ensure maintenance of infrastructure, including incident management, failure diagnosis, problem eradication, risk assessment and remediation, obsolescence management, procedural framework formalization, support, on-call duty, and infrastructure evolution.
• →Install and maintain cluster environments in operational conditions.
• →Produce prototypes and deploy the most appropriate technical solutions in collaboration with business lines.
• →Transform current activities to an orchestrated on-demand mode and stay informed about new solutions and technological advancements.
• →Optimize costs.

• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Technical expertise in IT infrastructure, Cloud (IaaS, PaaS), IT and cyber security, architecture, and strong knowledge of Windows in enterprise environments (workstation & server L3 support).
• Engineering experience: design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Powershell scripting, problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, and major incident management.
• Preferable: SQL, Orchestrator, SCCM, Active Directory, DNS, NAS, FaaS.
• Business experience: ITIL, management of production operations, ability to define relevant performance indicators, and adherence to customer processes for projects, incident, and change management.
• Preferable: experience working in Agile environments.
• Soft skills: ability to work independently and in teams, analytical mindset, commitment to deliverables, flexibility, customer orientation, risk awareness, collaboration, results orientation, creativity, innovation, problem-solving, networking, change management, motivation, process orientation, attention to detail, and readiness to provide support outside business hours (on-call).
• Language requirements: Good English language skills (written and verbal) are required. Knowledge of Dutch and French is a plus.
• Education: Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
• Travel: Rare occasions.
• Telework: Expectation of 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
