This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Process Engineer within the Transformation Office. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects, working on-site and remotely, and bringing your expertise to diverse client environments. You will be hired by Keystone Solutions to deliver value on client projects, embodying our core values and commitment to excellence.
The client is seeking a Process Engineer to join the International Payments Core squad, responsible for managing and developing processes and systems related to international payments. This mission involves replacing an absent colleague and focuses on drafting release notes, coordinating actions related to the Welcome Pack, and addressing content topics such as ACH and improvements on STP rate. You will handle both business and process analysis, document end-to-end views, and align business needs, capabilities, technology, and processes efficiently.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Define and implement new business (sub)processes within the principles of Business Architecture and the client’s strategic objectives.
- →Adjust and improve existing processes for customer satisfaction, efficiency, and risk management.
- →Contribute to defining and testing application changes as needed.
- →Monitor and assess existing processes using key indicators and customer feedback to identify improvements.
- →Conduct analyses and studies on process optimization.
- →Communicate and liaise with all stakeholders, including operational teams, to ensure successful implementation.
- →Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation to standardize implementation, resolve incidents, and support adjustments.
- →Ensure compliance of processes and documentation with internal and external guidelines (Legal, Compliance, Permanent Control, General Inspection, etc.).
- →Guide change management by identifying needs, executing change steps, supporting users, and providing post-implementation support.
- →Collaborate with Business and IT partners during ideation phases to ensure solutions meet customer and employee needs, align with strategy, and achieve efficiency and risk management objectives.
- →Work as part of a multidisciplinary Agile team, contributing to defining, building, testing, and implementing products or services within set timeframes.
- →Support the team in delivering sprint objectives, prioritizing stories for customer value, and organizing work independently.
- →Commit to work planned during sprints or trimesters, participating in Agile ceremonies and planning.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in process analysis and change management.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with process modelling tools and flow chart creation (mandatory).
- SharePoint experience (preferable).
- Knowledge of process improvement methods and techniques (mandatory).
- Affinity with testing and preparing demos (mandatory).
- Expertise in risk management and control (mandatory).
- Payments knowledge is an asset (preferable).
- Fluent in French or Dutch (at least one required).
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to structure and model processes.
- Efficient facilitator and communicator (oral and written).
- Strong ability to convince, influence, and negotiate.
- Driven and tenacious in finding creative solutions.
- Customer-oriented and committed to meeting expectations.
- Team player.
- Expectation: 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
