Process Expert Coach Consultant

This opportunity is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Process Expert/Coach. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to impactful change in IT processes.

As part of the Agile Process Coaching team, you will play a key role in empowering teams, strengthening IT excellence, and ensuring ways of working are efficient, effective, and fully compliant. You will guide colleagues to deliver more value while keeping pace with regulatory expectations and the process framework. This is a unique chance to influence Agile ways of working at the heart of the organization, all within Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model.

• →Coach and mentor the Process Team in their daily activities, improvements, and team evolution.
• →Define and maintain IT processes aligned with the Group process framework, creating consistency and standardization across teams (e.g., delivery management, organization, sourcing, risk and security management).
• →Ensure compliance and proactively identify gaps or improvement needs caused by sources such as IT Group rules, National Bank of Belgium, or EU regulations.
• →Coach and collaborate with key partners, enabling them to steer and continuously simplify and optimize processes across the organization.
• →Support process maturity assessments and contribute to process documentation within the agile referential.
• →Ensure the evolution of the process agile referential and knowledge management tools.

• English: Fluent, both orally and in writing

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience

• Optional: Lean, IT framework

• Onsite in Brussels, no travel required
• Expectation: 50% onsite & 50% homeworking

• At least 10 years of relevant experience

• Mandatory:
• Strong analytical skills, able to create structure in complex matters
• Proven experience in IT delivery and/or production
• Clear communication, effective collaboration, and excellence in multidisciplinary environments
• Ability to facilitate and coach workshops with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to produce high-quality written content and structure information cleanly
• Preferable:
• Experience with process improvement techniques (e.g., PDCA, value stream mapping)
• Familiarity with IT management frameworks
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
