This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Scrum Master Expert. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects, bringing your expertise to diverse client environments and contributing to the success of agile teams.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Act as the key reference for the Scrum methodology within the project team, ensuring a thorough understanding and correct application of Agile principles.
- →Protect the team from internal and external distractions, maximizing project results.
- →Coach the project team, business lines, and stakeholders on effective interactions and agile best practices.
- →Play the role of delivery owner across squads, setting up and facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings.
- →Schedule and follow key steps of the methodology, ensuring smooth use of Scrum and helping the team overcome obstacles.
- →Support the Product Owner with the Product Backlog and assist the team in delivering the Definition of Done, Sprint Backlog, and more.
- →Track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes.
- →Coach and challenge the project team, promoting self-organization and removing barriers to effectiveness.
- →Act as an ambassador of agile methods within the company and provide reporting on Scrum deployment to superiors.
- →Manage risks and issues as they arise.
Requirements
~1 min read- At least 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language.
- Expertise in agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g., Jira).
- Understanding of automated unit testing, automated functional testing, and continuous integration tooling.
- Strong knowledge of software development and project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to combine Agile coaching with delivery ownership.
- Experience in large organizations, managing dependencies in complex environments.
- Experience working with multi-cultural teams.
- Expert knowledge of agile methodologies and techniques (e.g., Kanban).
- Experience managing multiple dependencies in complex (banking) organizations.
- Team player, communicative, organized, and committed to knowledge sharing.
