Labourer

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join our team. As a Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites and ensuring that the work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. This is a physically demanding role that requires someone who is able to work well in a team and has a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
- Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards
- Operate hand and power tools as directed by the supervisor
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear
- Help with the set-up and dismantling of temporary structures
- Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Previous experience as a Labourer or in a similar role is preferred
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods of time
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Good communication skills
• Strong work ethic and reliability
