Responsibilities

→High School Diploma or GED required, or equivalent working experience
→At least 2 years of experience in managing or training people
→Have demonstrated work experience in developing new employees
→Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
→Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
→Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
→Fluent in Japanese
→Strong verbal/written communication skills
→Excellent time management and organization
→Strong coaching and training abilities
→Understanding of company structure/functions
→Ability to manage cross-functional projects
→Excellent data analysis skills
→Ability to write enablement programs
