Description

Kocher + Beck USA is seeking a Full Stack Developer I to join our growing technology team. This position is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting business applications that improve internal systems and business processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

→Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain internal business applications.
→Develop both front-end user interfaces and back-end application logic.
→Build and maintain APIs and integrations between internal systems.
→Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
→Support and enhance existing applications while identifying opportunities for modernization.
→Develop and optimize SQL databases, stored procedures, and data integrations.
→Troubleshoot software issues and implement timely resolutions.
→Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established development standards.
→Participate in application architecture, code reviews, and software testing.
→Ensure application security, reliability, and data integrity.
→Assist with user training and provide technical support for internally developed applications.
→Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements that increase business efficiency.
→Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and application specifications.
→Support software deployments, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

→Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
→2–5 years of software development experience.
→Experience developing applications using .NET, Java, or similar object-oriented programming languages.
→Experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
→Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
→Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web application development.
→Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
→Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
→Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies

Nice to Have

Experience with ASP.NET Core, Blazor, Angular, React, or similar front-end frameworks.
Experience with Microsoft Azure or cloud-based development.
Experience using GitHub or other version control systems.
