Construction Manager- M4 Corridor

• →Leading installation activities across multiple projects and sites.
• →Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• →Managing project delivery, resources, productivity, quality, and performance.
• →Building strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• →Coaching and developing installation teams.
• →Identifying risks early and implementing effective solutions.
• →Driving continuous improvement across your region.

• Experience in a Construction Manager, Installation Manager, Project Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering projects within construction, engineering, infrastructure, lift & escalator, or other installation-led environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Good knowledge of health and safety within construction or engineering environments.
• Full UK driving licence.
