Responsibilities

Proven success in Project Management and Construction Operations business, preferably both.

Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and employee growth.

Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, capacity planning, and P&L performance management.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Working knowledge of construction operations, contract administration, labor relations, and relevant safety and environmental regulations.

Effective problem-solving, analytical, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.

What We Offer
~2 min readThe hiring range for this role is $196,600 – $258,090. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
