- Present and explain complex financial products and services to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and transactions.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client relationships and sales performance.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the bank and expand the network.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business banking or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant banking software.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of client interactions.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
- A self-motivated and proactive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
