Responsibilities

- →Recommend the best-fit venue(s) and schedule tours
- →Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into appointments
- →Log activity in CRM and manage scheduling
- →Coordinate with venue sales teams
Requirements
~1 min read- 1–3 years of customer service, call center, or scheduling experience
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once
- Comfortable using CRM systems and scheduling tools
- Hospitality or event experience is a plus
