About the Role

You will act as both a technical leader and hands-on contributor, ensuring our core systems are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with company goals. This role combines team leadership, architectural ownership, and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Design.
Building trust and rapport with your team through effective 1:1s and mentorship
Taking ownership of core systems and contributing directly to feature delivery
Raising the bar on code quality, architecture, and engineering practices
Partnering with leadership to scope and prioritize impactful initiatives

Requirements

2–3 years as a Tech Lead in a B2B SaaS company or fast-scaling startup
Strong coding background, with 1–2 years of experience in Python and React
Proven ability to mentor and support engineers’ professional growth
Experience designing scalable database architectures
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product-driven development
Comfortable with AWS products
Advanced English (C1 or C2), both written and spoken
Requirements

Track record of shaping frontend or full-stack architecture at scale
