Responsibilities

Lead and manage IT programs within NIH to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Oversee enterprise ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and operations to optimize performance and ensure compliance with NIH standards.

Collaborate with NIH stakeholders to identify requirements, manage expectations, and deliver mission-critical solutions.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful program delivery.

Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices for service delivery and management, driving continuous improvement in IT operations.

Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Prepare and deliver program reports, presentations, and updates to NIH leadership and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with federal regulations, policies, and standards applicable to NIH IT programs.
Requirements
~1 min readStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to manage large-scale IT programs, including budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
Expertise in IT service delivery, process improvement, and performance optimization.
Nice to Have
~1 min readExperience with federal contracting and acquisition processes.
Familiarity with NIH-specific IT systems, tools, and technologies.
Advanced degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
ITIL certification or ITIL knowledge beyond foundational level.
