LearnUpon is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week from LearnUpon's Dublin City office.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be the "right hand" to our Product Marketing team, helping us drive business growth and market leadership in a competitive market. In this role you’ll also get access and contribute towards the work of the Corporate Marketing and Demand Generation teams. It’s an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced team where you can learn whilst making a big contribution.

As a Marketing Specialist supporting the Product Marketing team, here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

  • GTM Enablement: Assist in the creation and maintenance of decks, one-pagers, case studies, and FAQ sheets to ensure our GTM teams are aways"pitch-perfect."
  • Launch Support: Support the PMMs in executing product launch plans and campaigns, including coordinating internal communications, and assisting with promotion for regular product releases to keep our customer base informed.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Conduct regular "battlecard" updates and issue competitor updates to keep our team informed of market shifts.
  • Gain exposure to other key PMM program areas including Customer Advocacy, Awards & Recognition, and Analyst Relations.

If you have a persuasive communication style, outstanding business acumen, and a creative streak, this could be the perfect role for you! Additionally, we’re looking for someone who has:                                           

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, ideally in B2B software.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to distill complex technical features into value-based messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with examples of collaborating across teams like Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment and impact.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using marketing technology tools.
  • A strong process orientation with the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a rapidly changing environment.

Not required but considered a big plus

  • Proficiency in Salesforce/HubSpot/Marketo/Asana/Klue
  • AI experience using Gemini
