The Role
Legend is hiring a Data Operations Executive - reporting directly to our Commercial Data Operations Lead.
If you're looking to step up in your career and take real ownership of something that matters, this is your moment. As the Data Operations Executive, you'll be at the heart of our revenue intelligence engine managing the system that gives us visibility into how we’re performing.
This role has a strong data-entry focus with the ability to world in both Bulgarian and English across a global team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and data management.
You'll have the autonomy to shape processes, spot issues before they become problems, and partner with teams across account management, product, and operations to make our data smarter, faster, and more reliable.

Accurate data to ensure our teams have the correct information on time.
Contribute to data quality, accuracy, and coverage to ensure trustworthy commercial data.
Perform manual data entries and updates to support weekly commercial calculations.
Proactively identify and correct data discrepancies before they impact business decisions.
Ensure consistency of data across multiple platforms and systems.
Partner with product teams to build tools that improve data visibility and reporting capabilities.
Some experience using Excel, or, a passion for numerical data.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Growth mindset - you're keen to learn, enjoy feedback and adapting to new ways of working.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bulgarian.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Experience with CRM-style tools like Hubspot, Jira etc would be a bonus.

3rd: Final interview & Live Task with our Head of Commercial Operations (1 hour video via Zoom)
